But I have one 12yr old son that would live on toast!
I found that when I made only one loaf I would run out of bread because the slices of bread were sssooo thick for the sandwiches.

We eat bread @dinner.(sometimes homemade rolls instead of loaf)

I have 3 of the 6 kiddos home during the day....if there is bread from the day before we finish it off by making french toast in the morning. Put in the food proccessor to make bread crumbs for topping casseroles or put in meatloaf.

If I had the slicer thing I saw on your blog I would possibly be able to cut down on the amount of loaves I needed to make.Fruitful Harvesthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05874070640737395114noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3229583188222536563.post-85047558285088958742009-10-13T04:42:08.241-07:002009-10-13T04:42:08.241-07:00You said on my blog post that you make 2 loaves of...You said on my blog post that you make 2 loaves of bread a day??? I have 5 children but I only make it 3 times a week. I make 2 loaves at a time. At least once a week I make buns instead of loaves. Even though it is the same recipe, some of my family thinks the buns taste better! I used to make just buns because it was easier for the kids to make sandwiches with. But then when my husband made me the slicer, the buns weren't necessary, but now they all like them.Sandrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15007803621061546819noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3229583188222536563.post-13971663617212621282009-10-12T14:28:39.840-07:002009-10-12T14:28:39.840-07:00Cute pictures!
