LIVING LARGE IS...

DRINKING PINK LEMONADE FROM A JELLY JAR!

THE SMELL OF STEAK AND CHICKEN ON THE GRILL!

EATING POPSICLES ON THE FIRST HOT DAY!

WATCHING THE KIDS RUN THROUGH THE SPRINKLER!

SEEING YOUR KIDS PLAY NICE TOGETHER WHEN THEY THINK YOUR NOT WATCHING!

LIFE DOES NOT GET MUCH BETTER THAT THAT!

Our backyard is a fun place to work,play and just plain old RELAX!

We love to BBQ and watch the kiddos play!

We have a few chickens and will be getting a rabbit soon. The kiddos love to help with the animals! We also have a beagle dog,a dove and a few fish.

We are working hard to get the garden ready! Hubby and Jacob (12) are making me some raised garden boxes! Yipee!

The kiddos love to find worms and dig in the dirt!

Having a large family is just AWESOME! There is never a dull moment,and always lots of people over.










I have a funny story to share! It was Sunday night....at the end of our long weekend. Hubby and I were getting into our California King size bed...along with the girls that sleep IN our bed and the 2 younger boys that sleep Next to the bed!

My Hubby is trying to get the blankets straightened out and then I hear him say
"Who left this wet towel in my spot?". The two boys that sleep next to the bed were trying to weasel their way into his spot.

I start laughing and reminded my Hubby that many people envy what we have!

He then laughs too... and with a BIG grin on his face,throws the covers over his head and said, "I just want to go golfing!!" {poor guy! LOL}

We love our life! It is crazy and chaotic at times but we truly love it and would not change it for the world!
